We are an approved wheel repairer for the Automotive Protection Plan providers including Autoshield and First Canadian. We perform the wheel repair work and process the claim for you.
Wheel Repair Claim Job Request
For best service submit your details, policy name and a photo of your damaged wheel/s.
How does it work?
Firstly, make sure you have a few photos of the wheel damage to submit.
Input your details on the Job Request Form online for our Service Team to manage your claim. We are unable to take claim requests over the phone or in-person.
We will submit your claim and you will be notified of the approval status. It is typically within 1 week.
We will schedule your booking for the work to be done at our workshop in East Richmond.
Most repairs take 2-3 days and your car will be at our workshop unless you drop off loose wheels. If your drop off your car, you will be given a Uber ride home and back at no charge to you.
Once the work is complete and you have inspected the workmanship, we will finalize your claim as per the conditions of your coverage agreement.

Where to find your VIN?
Your VIN (vehicle identification number) is unique to your vehicle. It tells us information about your vehicle and is required to submit your wheel repair claim to the Vehicle Protection policy company.
