How does it work?
Firstly, make sure you have a few photos of the wheel damage to submit.
Input your details online for our Service Team to manage your claim submission.
Note, we are unable to take claim requests over the phone or in-person.
Once received, we will submit your wheel repair claim. You will be notified of approval status within 3 business days.
Once approved, we will schedule a date and time to complete the job at our workshop in East Richmond.
If the wheel repair is planned for longer than 1 day - most are 2 days - you will be offered a return Uber ride at no charge to you.
Once the work is complete and you have inspected the workmanship, we will finalize your claim as per the conditions of your Road Hazard Agreement.
